It is for this reason, Lay & Wheeler Trading actively holds various dinners throughout the year. These regularly include vertical or horizontal tastings, talks and tutored tastings from the estate owners, the winemakers themselves or from one of the Lay & Wheeler Trading team.

Blending Masterclass & Dinner with Michel Rolland and Travis Braithwaite
We closed off our 2024 events series in spectacular fashion with an exclusive fine wine masterclass and dinner. On Thursday 12th December we were joined by Michel Rolland and Travis Braithwaite at London’s Medlar restaurant for an intimate evening of blending, tasting and learning first-hand about Pangaea. The blending masterclass was followed by a four-course dinner paired with a range of wines from Michel and Travis’ other vinous ventures.
