Delivery Costs & Information
Lay & Wheeler Trading offers delivery and storage solutions for all clients. Wines bought through Lay & Wheeler Trading, unless otherwise specified, are automatically moved to the purpose-built Coterie Vaults, where the wines are left to mature in optimal conditions. However, should a client wish to open their own account or transfer their purchases elsewhere, the logistics team at Lay & Wheeler Trading will be happy to assist. To arrange delivery of your wines from the bonded warehouse, log into your account or contact your account manager directly.
As announced in the Chancellor’s Budget on 30th October 2024, an update regarding alcohol duty legislation will shortly come into force.
From 1st February 2025, the temporary easement of the wine alcohol duty bands will end, and duty rates will increase. For more information please click here and do not hesitate to contact our team or your Account Manager directly should you wish to arrange delivery of your wines before the increase takes effect.
